I adopted Callie (a 45-lb pit mix) on 8/18/20 from the Marion County shelter and they guessed her to be 2 years old. All they knew was she was a stray and then was adopted but returned. Returned?! Well, she finally found her furever home. Callie is an athlete. She loves parkour, running long distances, having her head out the window on car rides, and she came with some great bonus features: howling at sirens and leaping like a deer across fields! The joy she has brought into my life is indescribable. Lucky, lucky us.
