Philbert, a spunky 5 year old, is always snuggling or playing. He also sometimes forgets that he chose the indoor cat life when he walked into the back of a vet office! He sneaks out every once in while to roll on the ground and eat some grass, but just yesterday when he decided to do so in the pouring rain, he ran back to his spoiled indoor life.
