Danny came to us as an OESR foster in January of 2011. He was extremely fearful and withdrawn. It took a very long time to win his full trust. He leads an almost normal life now. We adopted Danny in September of 2011, after we realized he was meant to stay. Danny has his own Facebook page, where he tells his story, and where folks can follow the long road he has taken and the many milestones he has reached. He is a sweet, sweet boy who always deserved a normal life. Danny reminds everyone that fearful dogs just need a chance and plenty of patience.
