Tommy Ramone was dumped at a shelter in Ashland, KY with his brother Joey. They were both heartworm positive and went through treatment with OESR. Tommy was adopted once but came back to his foster (me) when the family changed their mind. He was never meant to leave me in the first place and I adopted him once I realized he was already in his forever home.
