Quincy is an almost 2 year old"foster failure" from OESR. He's a deaf setter, full of mischief and overwhelming energy. When it's time for me to leave the house, he "hides" so I can't leave! Really, it's a foster win, because he brings something new to every single day. Although he understands signing and gestures exceptionally well, he simply chooses when to pay attention and when to ignore them!
