Your Pet's Story or Bio
Gidget, formerly Haley, came to me from OESR as a foster. Early on, it was apparent she had some issues with arthritis and had difficulty getting around. No matter how painful she was, her spirit remained upbeat and loving. She now receives acupuncture and hydrotherapy and recently started a clinical trial for a new arthritis injectable and is doing well. Since she is so great with people, especially children, Gidget has become the official demo dog at the vet practice I work for. She demonstrates exercises and the underwater treadmill for school classes and other vet practices.
I officially adopted Gidget in March and it was truly the best decision. She is just so special!
