Your Pet's Story
We adopted Charlie when he was about a year and 2 months old. He was abandoned by people who had got him as a pup then just decided they didn't want their dogs anymore.
We never knew how much that phone call from a friend to find him a home would change our lives. He has been an absolute blessing to my husband and I. He is just a little treasure.
He was very nervous at first having been crated his whole first year. He didn't even want to play with toys. Slowly we encouraged him to play and took him out for walks and over 6 months time he has developed quite the personality. He is definately used to being an "only dog!" He gets all our attention and he is not afraid to show visitors either! And last Christmas; we had to get him a bigger toybox!
