About Us

OZR Great Dane Rescue is a foster-based 501(c)(3) animal rescue which helps provide lifesaving medical attention to primarily, special needs Great Danes. We take in Great Danes from animal control after being abandoned as a stray out on the streets, abused or owner surrendered. They all receive necessary medical care and find new homes regardless of age or condition. Our mission is to ensure longevity of proper care and stable living environment for Great Danes of all ages and health.

We are volunteer based and are very passionate about our mission. We screen our potential forever families thoroughly to ensure that our dogs will never have to worry or want for anything ever again.
