Bird(s)' Story
Loa walked to our front door last October, she was injured and lost. We were on our way to an art festival when we decided to help her instead. My husband Jack took her to a pet rescue and they said they wouldn't accept her, my husband called and said "I guess we have a pet pigeon". In the last year, she has become his best friend and love. She actually jumps into his hands when he asks and she dances around, recently, she loves to be held near his chest and neck. We have come to love Loa she is part of our family and she has so much personality, our 3 dogs love her too!
I hope that people know how intelligent these pigeons are and they make wonderful pets! Thank you to Elizabeth as she provided information we needed to care for Loa.
