Bird(s)' Story
Hi Everyone I have had BEAMER for two weeks now. After having a wonderful experience with a pigeon I decided that I had to have a pigeon of my own in my life. As we do not have an organisation like Palomacy here in south Africa, I contacted local avian vets and racing pigeon owners to see whether I could get an unreleasable bird. To no avail! I then decided to contact an organisation who releases white pigeons and doves for wedding and other functions. I was told that on no account would they ever sell or give one of their birds away It was against company policy. After a while a man made contact with me and said somehow he was motivated to give me one bird. BEAMER was delivered to my door that evening. BEAMER had a 1 in a million chance of coming to me!!! My husband named him BEAMER after his BMW motorbike.
