Bird(s)' Story
I was thrilled but also very confused about this beautiful birds appearance in my yard July 3rd. I recently suffered the loss of a very special friend and was having quite an emotional morning. I felt Puffin's presence must be a sign or message of some sort and "dove release" never occurred to me. Until that day I had no idea what a horrible practice this was or the fate of these poor birds after their "release". My decision to keep him was a no brainer. Puffin sensed he would be safe, loved and spoiled here and he was so right!
