Bird(s)' Story
Bowie was an amazing bird, found as a baby and raised by the staff at Medical Center for Birds in Oakley, CA. Deemed unreleasable due to leg deformities, Bowie found a home with me, and a wife from Palomacy—the adorably diminutive Budapest Short-faced Tumbler, Carlita. Unfortunately after a few years, she suddenly passed away. Bowie eventually signed up for pHarmony, and soon found passionate love again with little brown roller Shae. Their love was short-lived, though, as Bowie passed suddenly just 8 months later. This photo was taken shortly before he crossed the rainbow bridge. My Rain-Bowie.
