Chase is our rescued racing pigeon. He was very wary of people but would eat the food we left out for him. I eventually was able to get him to eat out of my hand after about five weeks. Then came a wind storm. He was standing on the railing against our condo and debris was flying all around him. I went outside and told him it was time. Having built some trust, I was able to grab him! He brings so much happiness to our home. I'm grateful every day that he chose us!
