Ravioli is a common city rock pigeon who has had a rough start to life. He came to me from a well-meaning man who found four baby pigeons and tried to raise them. When I got poor Ravioli, he had an old broken jaw which is why his beak is crooked, and an old broken leg that healed wrong, which made it crooked. He also has a crooked keel. I call him my little crooked man. The other pigeons also picked on him, so his head and shoulders were completely pecked raw. But now he is happily married to a rock pigeon named Macaroni, and they are the sweetest couple.
