While my husband and I were stripping corn husks for composting, our bird, Tikki, seemed very interested in the corn. We offered him a cob, but he seemed disinterested. Eventually, Tikki dashed forward, and stole a husk from the pile. We quickly discovered that corn husks are Tikki's favorite toy. He proudly carries them around, builds nests, and brings them to us, all day, every day!
