Piggioto was fostered at the Santa Cruz humane society, the only pigeon in the house. Nath rescued him last week and he remained in lonely isolation awaiting health clearance to join the flock. Fortunately, he found a friend and enjoys his constant companion. Pigeons are social beings and need the attention of their favored mate: Human, avian, or stuffy!
