Meet Woody! A kind Samaritan found Woody lying in some brush near the St. Louis Arch unable to walk or fly. She contacted us and we happily took him in. Woody did not know how to eat and he had zero ability to walk. We torpedo fed him until he was able to eat on his own. Woody is now a happy indoor birdie who enjoys hanging out with JooJoo another non-ambulatory house chicken. He loves snuggles, sunflower seeds and spending time outdoors in his secure kennel. Despite his limitations, Woody is a happy little birdie.
