Belinay was rescued in San Francisco. A good samaritan brought her to Dion who also volunteers at Palomacy. Dion brought her to me so I could take her to MCFB to be seen for a large mass on her abdomen. We discovered she had heart aremethia and decided it was risky to do surgery, so we gave her heart meds. Belinay was my foster and Palomacy's hospice pigeon. She was the sweetest and calm bird. She loved her fluffy bath mats and she enjoyed singing with me to the Lord. She would preen me and we had such a strong bond. I took her for her annual exam, her aremethia was gone but her mass began to grow. We decided to have surgery and she didn't make it. You are loved and I miss you. See you on the other side.
