A little about my entry...
Meet Meadow Mae — my 14-years-young Labrador Retriever and the heart of my home. She came into my life from Top Dog Retrievers, and from the very start, she’s lived up to the name. Loyal, soulful, and still full of sparkle, Meadow has aged with the same grace she’s had since puppyhood. She’s not just a dog; she’s my constant, my comfort, and truly my only one.

Over the years, Meadow and I have created our own little rituals, but the most special might be the song I made just for her — one that I still sing to this day:
“She is a Top Dog Retriever, she’s my only one.
She’s a dog Retriever, she’s my only one.”

It’s silly, it’s sweet, and it’s ours. And every time I sing it, her tail wags like she’s hearing it for the first time.

This photo captures her spirit — proud, wise, and still curious about the world. Even at 14, she turns heads and melts hearts. She is the top dog — not just because of where she came from, but because of who she’s become.
