A little about my entry...
My husband and I moved to Sonoma County a year ago. We lost our beloved 22 year old cat, Puff, after losing our farm during Covid and then both our mother’s passed and my sister. My husband wasn’t ready for another pet, but I wanted a furever friend desperately, I waited 3 1/2 years, and after our last trip I said, “It’s time. I can’t wait any longer. Honestly, I was feeling depressed. I noticed on the NextDoor App that a woman in Petaluma had an “Oops Litter” and needed to find homes for the puppies. I asked my husband if we could just look at them. As we drove up to her home my husband said, “But we’re not getting a puppy today.” Then we saw Buddy and that was it! We were told that he was the biggest, loudest, and most energetic of all the pups. His mom is an Austrailian Shepard and his dad is a Maltipoo. He is smart, loving, and full of energy! He loves playing games like chase and fetch, and he runs next to me on my ebike to the barn down my street where I volunteer taking care of rescued horses. His favorite thing is going on rides in the car and putting his head out the window! I love seeing how he makes people smile when they see him. He is the definition of HAPPY! We feel blessed to have him in our lives!
