A little about my entry...
Daisy came into our lives when our hearts were shattered.

After unexpectedly losing our beloved corgi, Charlie, to cancer, our home felt empty. The silence was overwhelming, and we weren’t sure another dog could ever fill the space she left behind. Then we found Daisy.

At just two years old, Daisy had already lived a life she never should have had. She had been left unwanted by a breeder after having a litter of puppies when she was only one year old. She had never really been loved the way every dog deserves. She didn’t know what it meant to play with toys, and she had never experienced the simple joy of a tasty treat.

From the moment she came home, we promised her that her life would be different.

Our house became her safe place—a home filled with warm beds, endless toys, belly rubs, treats, and unconditional love. Little by little, Daisy discovered how wonderful life could be. Watching her learn to play, seeing her eyes light up over her favorite treats, and feeling her snuggle close to us has been one of the greatest gifts.

Everyone who meets Daisy falls in love with her. She has the sweetest soul, the gentlest heart, and a way of making everyone feel loved. Somehow, she healed pieces of our hearts that we thought would always be broken.

We will always miss Charlie, and she will forever hold a special place in our hearts. But we truly believe she led us to Daisy when we needed her most.
