A little about me...
McKenzie was one of 30 Afghan Hounds found in a puppy mill in San Bernardino in 2017. She was the main photo in the local paper that ran the story, later seen on national television. Since then she has beyond thrived. She has been on the national Afghan Hound rescue calendar more than once, the American Rescue Dog Show (including the 2019 show’s commercial!) and featured on several Instagram pages including Teddy the Dog and Ziwipet dog food. McKenzie passed her CGC with flying colors and is now AKC P.A.L. certified. She is part of the “Affie Flash Mob” that has been seen at outdoor malls and events across Southern California. McKenzie is incredible with kids and hopes to obtain Pet Partners’ certification to visit hospitals, airports, and libraries.
