My city...Glendale
A little about me...When I was little I was living with a bunch of other dogs in a shelter before I found my forever home. My hair was long and I didn’t feel too well when my Mom saw me at an adoption event. She held me on her lap and asked me to give her a sign if I wanted to go home with her. So I licked her nose. When we got home that very same day I was a little afraid but I didn’t show it. I pretended I was strong. Then I couldn’t eat or drink and I just wanted to sleep. My Mom rushed me to the doctor and he said I had parvo and it was a good thing she brought me there. After that I knew I didn’t have to pretend to be strong. Now I’m just me. I must be OK looking because my family is always taking pictures of me. They even used this one on our Christmas card this year! Now I’m 10 years old and getting a little slower but I still run faster than my Mom. She usually can’t catch me. I hope you vote for me. Love, Maddie
