My city...Arcadia
A little about me...My name is O'malley, 4 years ago, my curiosity got me trapped inside a new car that was being raffled, inside the Santa Anita Mall across from the Starbucks/Urban Home store in Arcadia. For days people and the humane society tried to catch me but were un-succesful. I was too scared and I was just a kitten. Everyone gave up on me except from my owner Joe, who worked at Starbucks right across were that car was. He did not give up and was determined to rescue me. He tricked me (LOL), he put some chicken inside a tall carbord box and I of course love chicken and that yummy smell made be climbed down from that car's hood and into the tall box I went. Joe was hidden near by and as soon as he saw me go inside the tall box he lifted the box and there I was. I was so scared but also relieved that I was out of that car and that loud and scary mall. The rest is history, my other owner (his wife Elisa) came to pick me up from the mall. She took me to their home and I had a warm bed, lots of food,toys, treats and 2 other cats (Simba & Tucker) who welcome me and yes a dog, but she's nice too (Maggie the miniature Schnauzer) I couldn't ask for more. I'm so lucky Joe & Elisa rescued me that day.
