Frankie was rescued from the Downey shelter in February 2024, and is a happy, energetic lab-boxer-staffy mix. She’s approximately 15 mo. old, and is our 40 lb. affectionate bundle of joy who leaps into the air when excited, and curls up in your lap when she needs some love.
