Tell us a little about your pittie! How did they come into your life? What makes them special?”
Buddy was the very first dog we adopted after moving to San Diego, and he has been such a gift in our lives. My wife and I brought him home from the local humane society, where he had been found as a stray. His profile described him as coy, calm, and submissive—traits that turned out to be perfectly true! Now almost 10 years old, Buddy is still the sweetest soul and so active. He loves to go on walks and ride in the car. He has an independent spirit and could spend hours outside exploring and keeping watch for the little critters in our yard. Yet, he is incredibly loving, gentle, and affectionate—the very best pit mix companion we could have hoped for. We love him dearly and feel so lucky to share our lives with him.
