Finnegan was a rescue. He was initially gotten to be a service dog. However, Finnegan had a different plan. He is a little bit too excitable and failed his service dog test. Because the individual needed a service dog, they were looking to rehome him. And I immediately said yes when I looked at the face and his sweet and hysterical personality!
I think Finn would make a perfect cover boy!
