Your Pet's Story
We adopted Elvis in 2017 after my parent became too ill to care for him. He weighed 37 pounds, and we got him to 14 pounds. He is now about 12. Birthdate unknown as he was rescued by my mom in 2014 without that info from hoarding situation in New York. He is very smart, loyal, communicates by making little grumbly noises, and "is like velcro" with his human dad. He went prematurely grey at age 4, and we think he looks like a distinguished gentleman now. He is a full blooded dachshund. Thanks for reading his story.
