We had an opening in our house and decided to foster Tank. My husband helped us with pulling him from the shelter. He arrived suffering from mange and various skin, eye and ear infections, as well as dry eye. He messed up my husbands car from all the blood that dripped from his forehead, but despite all the discomfort, Tank was the sweetest dog ever. My husband always wanted an English bulldog and we had lost our boy Reggie a few months ago. We were not looking to add another dog but Tank walked right into our lives mangey head and all and we could not let him go! He is still recuperating from his infections but it has been amazing to see his recovery and how he has helped my husband heal from the loss of his boy through it all!
