We first met this sweet girl at the Montgomery Co. shelter. She was so scared she was squeezing her body into whatever nook or cranny she could find. She was desperate for a sense of safety, so we took her home to foster. Her beauty was noticed quickly, and she was adopted fast. But it wasn’t a good fit. The adopter reached out to PAWS to help facilitate the return to us, where she lasted all but 2 weeks before becoming the newest member of our family. Phoebe is perfection. Equal parts hilarious and well-mannered, fast as lightening and scared of her own shadow. We couldn’t be more grateful for getting a second chance to have her in our lives! She makes us laugh, all day, everyday.
