Roy spent 6 years of his life in his home before being surrendered, then spent some months in foster care with lots of other animals before settling in with me. It took some time for him to trust and feel safe and show his quirky personality, and after four years, he's learning to cuddle, use his words instead of his paws, and demonstrate to anyone who dares enter our castle who exactly rules here! His fan club is devoted and growing every day, and he's a shining example of the rewards of rescue, patience, and love.
