K9-CJ works every day, all day as THE ONLY certified crisis intervention dog serving a law enforcement agency In SC and one of few to hold that esteemed life saving position in the world . When he goes to work he put his game face on, it’s time to work. But, when he goes home and hears the cue “free time” he turns into a four year old, goofy and zoomie-fueled puppy. He's fast moving, mischievous and bucks like a bronco when he’s free. Equally admirable is his ability to hear a cue and immediately know he has a job to do and often times that involves meeting people on their worse days, giving hope where there was none and even supporting our deputies at all hours of the night when we are deployed to a scene to support officers and the community.
