Write a brief bio of your pet. (favorite things, their backstory, personality traits, etc.)Murphy is a 6 year old Greyhound. He is a former racer rescued from a track in Birmingham. We have had almost 4 wonderful years together. He has found pet life to be his ultimate dream. He sleeps most of the day; only waking to snack or hit the Beltline to see his friends. Murphy loves cats, naps, his people, green beans, and window-down car rides - in that order. While it took awhile for his personality to truly blossom, he has transitioned into my most treasured companion. He loves a good sniffari and will immediately give you a good once over if you’ve been away so he can find out where you’ve been. He’s all legs but loves to snuggle (mostly on the couch). Many people often mistake him for a deer at first glance. Greyhounds are known as 45 MPH couch potatoes so be warned - he will beat you in a foot race! Murphy loves patio season, as he enjoys accompanying you to coffee, brunch, or happy hour. He is about as perfect as they come!
How would your pet spend the day if they could plan an afternoon of fun?Murphy’s perfect day would include seeing as many cats as possible, hanging with his friends at one of his favorite patio spots in Inman Park, and eating an array of his favorite foods (green beans, chips, and cookies). It would have to include a nap or three because - well, duh - but he would wake rested and refreshed for another round of activities!
What would your pet's favorite beer (or other beverage) be?Murphy’s favorite beverage would be a well-crafted Old Fashioned with espresso-infused bitters (because he secretly loves coffee)
