Pootsie is so cutesy that she demands attention and affection whenever she’s in the room. She’s everywhere at once and the highest spaces are not exempt from her exploration. A cat falls and lands ergonomically without injury from great heights - right? Not our Pootsie: at seven months old she tumbled from the second floor bannister and broke her right front paw landing on the stairs below awkwardly. Me brew would be called:
“Pootsie Stay Off the Bannister!”

How would your pet spend a summer afternoon?
Pootsie goes to the back of the walk-in closet; climbs the towels to the top shelf; scoots behind the shoes and finds her master’s old hats to tamp down and sleep the hours away six feet off the ground. We call this “Pootsie’s Penthouse”.
