June Bug was brought into Fulton County Animal Services and found her forever home in June, which is how she earned her sweet name. Though her past is a mystery, Junie quickly showed that all she wants is to be close—she’s the kind of gentle soul who would crawl right into your skin if she could. Her days now are filled with soft naps, snuggles with her beloved Lambie, and the comfort of being near her people (preferably with her head buried in something cozy). Whatever came before, one thing’s certain: the rest of her life will be filled with love.

How would your pet spend a summer afternoon?
June Bug would start the afternoon with a nap, preferably in a sunny spot in the living room near her people. Then, Junie would want to take a leisurely stroll on the beltline, stopping for pets and scratches from approximately every person she passes. She’d conclude the afternoon with her favorite delicacy: a piece of sliced cheese.

June Bug would be a lager. Tan, and loved by all.
