Hii I’m Rui! My mom got me from Paws Atlanta 2 years back and she has been obsessed with me ever since. Hi, I’m a two-year-old tuxedo cat, but around here I’m better known as the CEO of Chaos. I may look elegant in my fancy black-and-white suit, but don’t let that fool you—I have exactly three hobbies: running at lightning speed, attacking anything that moves (or doesn’t), and making sure everyone knows I’m the main character. My zoomies usually happen at the most inconvenient times, preferably when my human is trying to relax or sleep. Every room is my race track, every box is my kingdom, and every dangling string is my sworn enemy.

Now, let’s talk about my human. She has one job: admire me from a respectful distance. Instead, she insists on smothering me with kisses, picking me up, calling me ridiculous nicknames, and telling everyone how cute I am. It’s honestly exhausting. Naturally, I respond with dramatic side-eyes, gentle baps, and the occasional sprint away to preserve my dignity. Yet somehow, I always end up curling next to her when I think no one’s watching. Don’t tell her that, though—it’ll only encourage her.

I’m energetic, mischievous, endlessly curious, and just a little dramatic. Life with me is never quiet, never boring, and definitely never under my human’s control. After all, I don’t live in her house… she lives in mine.

This energetic two-year-old tuxedo cat would celebrate PAWS Atlanta’s 60th anniversary the only way she knows how—with nonstop zoomies, playful pounces, and plenty of treats. She’d proudly welcome every rescued pet to join the party, proving that life is better with love, play, and a forever family. Between chasing toys, making new furry friends, and supervising the treat table, she’d remind everyone that every adoption is worth celebrating.
