Dixie was my doppelgänger. My soul dog. My best friend. She was funny and quirky, and I loved her immensely. I lost her last year and I am still grieving the loss.


If your pet was a type of ice cream, what would they be and why?
Salted caramel crunch, because she was sweet and wild. She could be all over the place.

How would your pet celebrate PAWS Atlanta's 60th anniversary?
She was a rescue dog with a lot of personality. Celebrating Dixie would be celebrating the hard work that PAWS does for the community. Finding homes for beautiful animals, and creating loving families.
