A little about me...
A Georgia native, Ladybug (a.k.a BugBug), arrived at Paws Crossed heartworm positive with a litter of puppies. She was scared beyond words and would spend most of her waking hours trying to hide from any and all humans while trembling uncontrollably. Though her past will never really be known, what little human contact she may have had must have been horribly abusive. She was even afraid to eat. After several months, a failed foster and a lot of love from her PCAR family, this beautiful young lady found her permanent home in Connecticut with 5 fellow 4 legged pack members, 3 sisters and 2 brothers and a 2 legged Mom who adores her. Though the fear will never totally leave her, she now has trust in her new mom and gets strength from her pack. She holds her tail high and it wags with delight at just feeling secure and loved.

To see this little girl thrive, brings me more joy than I could ever express.
