Pet's Story or Bio
I love this photo of our Beanie taken at a Scentwork competition by photographer Rob Martin when she won High in Trial. We did not start competing until Beanie was about 10 years old, and she turned 12 this past August. She now holds multiple Scentwork titles.

Beanie also is a registered Pet Partner Therapy Dog, and has been for over 10 years. She has brought joy and affection to people in many different settings. She holds the Advanced Therapy Dog Title, and all 3 of the Canine Good Citizen titles.

She is a rescue from a Lab rescue group in Austin, and we have had her since she was 8 months old. She loves to play fetch & go on walks, but her true passion is lizard hunting!

Because I am a board member on the Friends of Paws in Prison Board, we can’t win the photo contest. But I could not pass up this chance to honor my sweet Beanie.
