On March 25 2022, Tippy came into rescue a HOT MESS! She had chemical burns on her back, broken back legs that healed wrong, and both of her kneecaps had rotated to the back of her legs. She was severely overweight at 7 pounds for a dog who should weigh 4! She could barely walk and kept tipping over, hence her name, "Tippy"! She has had 5 surgeries including placing rods in both legs, putting her kneecaps back where they belong and extracting most of her teeth. Along with a diet to get her to 4 pounds, she's now ok. Because of PRAR she is alive and well. Tippy is a happy girl (look at that smile!) She is a smart, loving, cuddly, even bouncy beautiful little dog. She's my baby!
