Winnie was found on a cold February day, scrounging for food on the side of the road by Jennifer Pesnell. After being adopted, returned, & going back into foster care, sweet Winnie made her way north and into our lives. She is super happy and super sweet. I know it took her a bit to get to us but I'm so happy she did.
