Mugsy is a 16 1/2 year old beagle who still has a lot of life and sass in him. As a puppy, he was an unholy terror and we are all lucky to have survived that phase of his life. He loves food, especially cheese and green beans. This picture was taken a few years ago and was not staged. He sat there for a long time, enjoying the view and thinking about his life.
