Cicily is a sweet little lab adopted from the Ouachita Parish Shelter in 2008 at only a few weeks old, the only one of her litter who was awake at the time. She is known for her wide smile, good nature, and love of people and all the treats they bring. When she isn't working hard on her naps, Cicily enjoys playing with her baby-dolls and keeping wildlife at bay.
