Dolly's owner found her injured on a main HWY in Waverly, Louisiana while she was being commissioned to paint a mural on a barn. Dolly was roughly 9 -10 weeks old. She was hungry and suffering from a large bite wound on her neck. Her mom knew she could not leave her on that busy HWY so she scooped her up and brought her home. She has become her dad's "baby", but has two brother's (chocolate lab & German Shepherd) that she bosses around and gives a run for their money daily! Dolly lives on 5 acres of woods. She loves to chase birds and squirrels and expects to play with her ball (all day!). In addition to being the best dog ever, Dolly goes to the nursing home regularly to see her great-grandmother and all her friends! She has truly brought joy to all and we feel so fortunate to have found her!!
