Pet's Story
Chunk came to us during the the first pandemic summer, comforting us after the death of our previous PNE rescue, and soaking up all the love we could give "just him" after his bearing the brunt of a hoarding situation where he was bullied by other dogs in his previous life.

His chunky body and short legs earn him a fan following wherever we go, and he enjoys the attention--and then is happy to snuggle up with us when we get home.

Chunk and his mama (Jenn) share a birthday, and we are really hoping he can get a calendar spot in July!
