Pet's Story
We rescued Whiskey, then named Jackson Avery, in July of 2017 when he was just 11 weeks old and weighed 23 lbs. He ended up very sick, lost weight and most of his hair. It turned out that he had a thyroid problem and once put on the proper meds, he flourished into a beautiful 128 lb gentle giant. He’s loving and has an incredible sense of humor. If he’s looking for a treat, you’ll find him patiently sitting by his cookie jar and will eagerly give you his big paw.
He is extremely quiet but suddenly will howl if he decides he wants to say hi.
