Your Pet's Story or Bio
Rosco started out being owned by neighbors down the road from us. He was always chained up outside sometimes with no food or water on hot days. We took him food and water plus shelter. He would often break his tie out and me and my son would go find him and bring him to our house until his owner could get him. They were moving and decided they couldn't take him so he was surrendered to us at a yr old. He is a malinois/German Shepherd mix
