Chip was rescued from a kill shelter in Burlington County, NJ. He was surrendered by his family when he was 12 yrs old for no specific reason. I adopted Chip two days after the Christmas of 2013. He's the perfect example of why seniors make the best dogs. He loves kids, cats, other dogs and follows me wherever I go. He's a well mannered boy who helps the foster pups settle in with ease and helps to teach them doggy manners.
