My name is Happy, and I'm a rescue from Edisto Island, SC. My first humans were not into rules, so I ran all over the Island by myself and got to play in traffic. One day I went home for supper. No one was there, so I sat on the porch waiting. Days later, I knew I was abandoned. I wandered around and begged for food. I was hungry, cold, and scared. One day I met some people who told me that I was a wonderful boy who just needed some help. My rescuers were members of ALOE - Animal Lovers of Edisto. They fed me and gave me a warm bed and explained that they were fostering me until my forever family found me. They were right! My forever humans love me and keep me safe. But who wouldn't? After all, I'm Happy, and I am totally adorbs!
