Rules

Online voting is open 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, March 27, 2026 until 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, April 6, 2026. Winners will be announced during an Awards Ceremony on the Carroll Arts Center's Facebook Live on April 7 at 11:00 am. Winners need not be present at the ceremony to receive their prizes but are highly encouraged to attend. The winners will be calculated by adding together the online AND in person vote totals. All photos of entries are property of the Carroll County Arts Council and may not be used elsewhere without permission.
